1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The item is not listed as non-returnable (see exclusions below)

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty cosmetics or skincare products

  • Personal care items for babies once opened

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery (due to hygiene regulations)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
