The item is not listed as non-returnable (see exclusions below)

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used beauty cosmetics or skincare products
Personal care items for babies once opened
Earrings or pierced jewellery (due to hygiene regulations)
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
